Each class weaves together mindful movement, somatic awareness, breathwork, journaling, and moments of stillness. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, you’ll find a space where it’s safe to show up just as you are.

At ReStory Yoga, we offer Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative 45-minute guided meditation designed to support your mental and emotional well-being.
Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra invites you into a state of deep rest while staying gently aware. You’ll be guided through breath awareness, a full-body scan, and calming visualizations that help quiet the mind, release stored tension, and ease the nervous system.
This practice is especially supportive for those navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or burnout. Yoga Nidra allows the brain to process stress in a non-verbal, non-triggering way, offering healing without needing to talk about or relive difficult experiences.
You don’t need any experience or flexibility. All you have to do is lie down, get cozy, and listen.
