At ReStory Yoga, our Yoga for Mental Health is a series of restorative, trauma-informed practices designed to help you gently tune into your body, soothe your nervous system, and release stored tension with kindness and awareness.
This practice isn’t about perfect postures or pushing limits. It’s about creating safety in every movement, embracing stillness without fear, and honoring exactly where you are on your healing journey. We blend mindful movement with somatic awareness, journaling, meditation, and breathwork to support those navigating trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
